Marcus had completed the latest newsletter which is Peacemaker special. You can download it here:

Marianne de Pierres Newsletter 10.07.2011.

I’ve been deep in edits on Angel Arias (Night Creatures 2) and am having a quick breath before diving down to finish Tara Sharp 3. So apologies if I’ve been a little blog-boring. I have an interesting Super Creatives post for you tomorrow though, and feel free to suggest people you’d like to see interviewed.

I’m speaking at the QUT Alumni tomorrow evening which will be fun and a bit of a break from work, drive kid, sleep.

Webbery news is sparse although I have an upcoming interview at Lyndsey’s Strangemore Blog, and there’s an upcoming review of Peacemaker in Dark Matter fanzine.

Well, am heading down to Supanova Sydney and Perth on Friday, so will be on the road for 8 days. Taking Angel Arias edit with me, as publication date had now been brought forward to October 3. Exciting to be on the final edits.

My sekret project is coming together and will be revealed in August. Can’t wait to share it with you!

Work on Tara Sharp 3 (Too Sharp!) is coming along and am meeting with some people in Sydney to help me with my research. Many thanks to those that have emailed me about publication date – as far as I know, it is October next year. If you wander over to the Tara Sharp/Delacourt site you can read some great articles and interviews by Kylie Fox, Mandy Wrangles and Janette Dalgleish. There’s also mention of Tara Sharp’s Driving Tour of Perth. You can find out what that is :)

My Parrish novelette has slowed down with other work taking precedent. I will finish it though, as soon as I get a spare window. Parrish would never let me forget about her!

Lastly, must share with you my new MDPWeb logo, designed by Brigitte Sutherland. Sweet, huh?

Well I promise that after this post I’ll resume normal transmission. But today was the maddest day!!! Yunyu and I danced and threw gnomes all day with the news that her song Angel Arias went live on iTunes and Bandcamp. Over at the Burn Bright site I’ve said some important thank you’s to people who helped us make this work.

Then by afternoon I saw that the cover for book 2 had escaped into the wild, so I shared news of that as well.

I’ve also had some great new readers join me on FB and twitter and lovely reviews coming in for both the review and the song. Yunyu and I are ecstatic. So now I will stop. But I’ll leave you with the cover for book 2. Thanks you Jaroslaw Kubicki. You are a complete genius!
